Canadian Geese / Bald Eagle Photos
I took a trip out to Clinton and Perry Lakes yesterday afternoon, in search of bald eagles on my only day of the week off this past week...and could only find one! I could hear it before I saw it, as it hovered several hundred feet above me; I was only able to get a few shots off before it was gone.
Here are some photos (below) from the trip yesterday.
There were, I'd say, a few thousand Canadian geese on Perry Lake, and I flushed most of them trying to get close to them, and it was simply amazing!
They get spooked fairly easy, and are extremely loud afterwards lol.
I THINK this is a "juvenile" bald eagle.
